Alcohol causes dehydration of the mucous membranes. That’s why blue®m mouthwash is alcohol free. We also deliberately haven’t added fluoride. Rinse at least 60 seconds after brushing. Rinse mouth every day at least 2 times, preferably after eating. The mouthwash is the perfect complement to the daily use of toothpaste and contributes to a healthy mouth and a fresh breath.
